A truly successful clan requires strong leadership, strict rules, and a dedicated core of highly active players.

Many promising guilds collapse within weeks because the leader fails to establish a healthy culture or enforce participation requirements.
Setting the Standard
The very first step in creating a clan is defining its primary purpose and clearly communicating those expectations to potential members.

If a member fails to meet these requirements without providing a valid real-life excuse, they must be kicked immediately, regardless of their personal trophy count.
If you let your friend skip war but kick a random member for the same offense, the clan will lose respect for you.Toxicity destroys clan morale faster than losing wars.Positive reinforcement builds loyalty.
Recruitment and Retention
A clan with fewer than forty active members will mathematically struggle to compete in high-level clan wars.

Organize weekly internal tournaments with small gift card prizes, or spend time spectating your lower-ranked members to offer constructive feedback on their gameplay.
More Than a Game
However, building a community of fifty people from around the world who log in every day to play together is incredibly rewarding.

Your empire awaits.
